What types of printing services do you offer for funerals and memorials?
We offer all the necessary funeral printing services including order of service booklets, announcement cards, attendance cards, share a memory cards, prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Can I personalise a design?
All our designs can be fully customised, including adding and removing text, images, borders, and artwork. You can even change the template with your own design.
What is the typical turnaround time for printing my order of service booklets?
Our delivery time is between 1 to 2 business days with Royal Mail’s Tracking service.
What are your options for paper type, size, and finish?
All our prints use professional 220gsm specialised printing card. Our order of service booklets and share a memory cards are sized A5 (148mm x 210mm / 5.8″ x 8.3″), and our announcement, attendance, and thank you cards are sized A6 (105mm x 148mm / 4.1″ x 5.8″).
Do you provide envelopes for announcement and thank you cards?
Yes, both announcement and thank you cards are shipped with white envelopes.
Can I order matching sets of funeral booklets and cards for consistency?
Yes, we have consistent designs that are available for all our services. Each design will have a unique name such as ‘Reflections’, “Dignity’, ‘Remembrance’, etc. So you can select the same design you like for each service.
Can I request samples of your printed materials before placing an order?
Yes, if you would like a sample then please feel free to contact us with your request.
Can I track my order?
Yes, our prints are sent using Royal Mail’s tracking service. When your order is posted you’ll be sent a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return the items within 14 days for a full refund.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
If we have not begun the printing process we will be happy to cancel or modify any changes you would like. Unfortunately, once the printing process is underway no further changes are possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship within the UK.
Can I request a sample?
Yes, please contact us using the form below and we will be happy to send you a sample.
Can you assist with designing my custom funeral prints?
Unfortunately, we only specialise in the printing of funeral stationery. However, we have many useful articles and guides that can help you create the best funeral stationery possible.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you would like to order a quantity of more than 100 for any of our services please contact us and we will get back to you with a discounted price.
Can I order reprints of my funeral stationery at a later date?
Yes, your order will be available from your account in the “My Orders” section.
